PT Putrateja Sempurna is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented PIC Store to oversee our daily retail operations in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for maintaining high operational standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stocktakes.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to uphold high service standards and professionalism.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Implement safety protocols and security measures to protect store assets and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English is a plus).
- Strong numerical ability for reporting, stock management, and cash handling.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
