Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor and kitchen staff to maintain peak performance and high team morale.
  • Implement and uphold strict food quality, safety, and hygiene standards across all restaurant departments.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to develop strategies that achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain orders, and waste reduction initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest feedback promptly and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with regional management for reporting, budgeting, and executing company-wide marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or retail operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working flexible hours to meet business demands.
