Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Monitor and enforce strict food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and minimize wastage to optimize store profitability.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and manage staff scheduling effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or retail operations, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality service and sanitation standards.
