Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience for all clients.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with headquarters to ensure the right product mix for the PIK 2 market.
- Implement promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and online inquiries.
- Generate and analyze daily/monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and security protocols for high-value merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of retail math, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Demonstrated success in managing both offline retail environments and online sales integration.
- A passion for jewelry and the ability to articulate product value to sophisticated customers.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
