Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless customer service and retail excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and store merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and conversion.
- Ensure all store policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures are strictly followed.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights for store growth.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
