Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring all attractions and facilities are safe and functioning at peak performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics to ensure product availability.
- Implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness in the Sorong area.
- Monitor and manage labor costs, scheduling, and staff productivity to optimize store profitability.
- Handle customer escalations with a 'guest-obsessed' mindset to ensure consistent satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of hitting operational KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to be based in Sorong, Papua Barat.
