Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all customers.
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs through strategic execution.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays according to Xiaomi global guidelines.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve high-performance standards.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure store security and cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in electronics or mobile retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
