Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Xiaomi's brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive store revenue and meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and operational targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales consultants to deliver world-class customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate reporting of sales data.
- Implement effective promotional strategies and in-store marketing activities to boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that aligns with Xiaomi's premium aesthetic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing high-volume retail stores.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management software, and POS systems.
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about the latest smartphone and IoT technology.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
