Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure peak performance and compliance with Xiaomi global retail standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales staff to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising to create an inviting customer experience.
- Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness in Tasikmalaya.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, ensuring a premium environment for all products.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the consumer electronics or smartphone industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing store P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and retail POS systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
