Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer inquiries or escalations.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage employee scheduling, store payroll documentation, and administrative reporting.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment that aligns with Xiaomi's global aesthetic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in the retail or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of smart home devices, mobile technology, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
- Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic retail management software.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
