Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols for food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly financial targets.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain orders, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or retail operations, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
- Excellent understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi.
- Educational background in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus.
