Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Implement and monitor strict quality control protocols for food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly financial targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain orders, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or retail operations, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
  • Excellent understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi.
  • Educational background in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus.
