Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead and motivate store teams through performance coaching and development
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for optimal product availability
- Manage store budget, expense control, and profitability analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven track record in food & beverage management and customer service excellence
- Strong guest-oriented mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory control
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement action plans
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian retail market dynamics
