Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop staff product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
