Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Drive sales growth through targeted promotions, customer engagement strategies, and upselling techniques
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company operational policies
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and product knowledge
- Monitor financial performance including cost control, waste reduction, and budget adherence
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service escalations promptly
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance dining ambiance and brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Certified Food Handler or equivalent safety certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
