In this role, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales excellence, and fostering a customer-centric environment that showcases the best of the Xiaomi ecosystem.
As our Store Manager, you will not just manage inventory; you will lead a team of tech enthusiasts to achieve operational milestones, deliver exceptional service, and ensure that our store remains the premier destination for smartphone and smart home technology in Lampung. We are looking for a natural leader who is proactive, commercially aware, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of retail performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily store operations to ensure peak efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store layout.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving inquiries and ensuring product demonstrations are world-class.
- Implement effective retail strategies to increase foot traffic and drive conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, cash management procedures, and store administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or mobile technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- High level of familiarity with the Xiaomi product ecosystem and current mobile technology trends.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
