In this role, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for driving sales performance, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the high standards expected of the global Xiaomi ecosystem.
As the Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead your team to exceed sales targets, and implement innovative retail strategies to capture the local market. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and asset security.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are strictly followed according to Xiaomi global guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock takes, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics, telecommunications, or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse retail team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of retail KPI management and inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Deep passion for Xiaomi products and consumer electronics.
