Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and product knowledge.
- Drive store performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales improvement.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and operational assessments for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on retail metrics and KPIs.
- Good understanding of telecommunications products and digital services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, POS systems).
