Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead, train, and motivate crew members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage budgetary controls, cost optimization, and financial reporting
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foot traffic
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor industry trends and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience in F&B or hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
- Strong understanding of inventory control, budget management, and P&L
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or F&B industry trends preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
