As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory, ensuring the timely availability of spare parts, and maintaining high standards of stock accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. This includes receiving goods, conducting stock checks, and coordinating with various internal teams to fulfill material requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control stock inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders.
- Prepare and issue materials to maintenance teams and other departments as required.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and returns.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
