- Manage cash transactions, POS operations, and daily reconciliation
- Oversee inventory management including stock counts, audits, and replenishment
- Supervise retail staff and assign daily operational tasks
- Train team members on cashier procedures and inventory protocols
- Monitor store compliance with company policies and security measures
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service quality standards
- Prepare daily sales reports and inventory summaries
- Coordinate with suppliers for efficient stock management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in cashiering and inventory management
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in retail
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
