Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales transactions and inventory operations for both physical store and online platforms
- Coordinate promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales conversions
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Monitor online store listings, update product information, and manage customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store layouts and online user experience
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment of online purchases
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail administration or e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
