Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily online store operations, ensuring all product listings, stock levels, and promotional banners are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
- Analyze sales performance data and store traffic metrics to identify trends and actionable opportunities for revenue growth.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback professionally to maintain high store ratings and customer satisfaction.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and participate in platform-wide sales events to maximize store visibility.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies to prevent over-selling or stockouts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues or operational bottlenecks on the e-commerce platform.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in store operations, e-commerce management, or retail administration.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools for performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during peak sales seasons.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
