Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with their inquiries or needs.
- Execute efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain store presentation by organizing shelves, conducting daily replenishment, and monitoring product expiration dates.
- Implement stock management procedures, including receiving deliveries and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Support promotional campaigns and ensure all store displays are correctly labeled and updated.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve daily sales targets and operational efficiency goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Senior High School graduate; college levels are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented, honest, and possess strong integrity in handling financial transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new store technologies and operational processes.
- Physical stamina to handle stock replenishment and prolonged standing during shifts.
- Residing in or near Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija is highly preferred.
