PT Giandhi Dunia Rekreasi is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Operational Manager to oversee our multi-store operations in Jakarta. As we scale our footprint, we need an operational expert who can balance excellence in customer service with strict inventory management and staff development.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our retail expansion. You will be responsible for ensuring that every store under your purview delivers a premium shopping experience while consistently hitting sales targets and operational KPIs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize store performance and profitability across multiple locations.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store supervisors and staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain requirements, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify growth opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee store scheduling, payroll management, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the head office to implement new retail marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within multi-unit or high-volume retail environments.
- Deep understanding of the Mom & Baby retail landscape or nursery product categories is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across various locations.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges.
