Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Process daily sales transactions accurately and handle cash handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate for stock replenishment.
- Ensure the physical store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the management team.
- Assist in training new staff members on standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in retail operations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
