We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our building materials store (Toko Bangunan) in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a diverse team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of building supply chains, and the ability to optimize inventory and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the Store Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our retail outlet. You will oversee all aspects of shop floor activity, from inventory management and visual merchandising to staff training and safety compliance. Your objective is to ensure that our store remains the preferred destination for contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike by providing reliable service, accurate stock management, and professional retail standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including procurement tracking, stock audits, and minimizing shrink.
  • Lead, train, and mentor store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service.
  • Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to improve product visibility and store layout.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health policies, and operational protocols.
  • Develop and execute store sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze operational reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights for continuous store improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the construction materials or home improvement sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a demanding retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business demands.
