- Design and implement optimal e-commerce store experiences through user-centered design principles
- Develop and launch diverse store layouts and user interface enhancements
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify UX improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute store optimization projects
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, user engagement)
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Implement A/B testing for design elements and user flows
- Document and share best practices across the e-commerce organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and conversion optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end adjustments
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools
