Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Ensure adherence to company standards for customer service, store cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain high performance and operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster positive shopping experiences
- Monitor sales performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery and quality assurance
- Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and operational activities
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive team environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or store operations management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle store operations including lifting and stocking
