Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a personalized and premium shopping experience.
- Actively promote and explain the unique value of our fine jewelry collections to potential buyers.
- Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store according to company luxury standards.
- Handle sales transactions, manage inventory, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and diamond/jewelry industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of store promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury, cosmetics, or premium fashion industries.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects the luxury brand image.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
