Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Actively promote products and provide expert recommendations to drive store sales performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and performing regular stock takes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic familiarity with retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts as required.
