Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with store visitors to showcase our latest jewellery and gold collections.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing high-value customers to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, display, and security protocols are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and care.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain store sales records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or jewellery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a premium jewellery retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Resident of Palembang or willing to be based in the area.
