Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding gold weight, purity, and jewellery designs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure loyalty.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, organized, and clean at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, display replenishment, and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail software or POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related fields is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable work ethic.
