Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and assisting with stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and calmly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
