Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash and payments
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure product availability
- Participate in stocktakes, inventory management, and loss prevention activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate items
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
