As a Store Staff member, you will be responsible for day-to-day store activities, including inventory management, product display, and providing knowledgeable assistance to our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving stock, shelf replenishment, and periodic stock taking.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist in promotional activities and store events to boost brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Proficient in basic mathematics and comfortable using digital POS systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
