Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product information and recommendations.
- Maintain store standards through diligent merchandising, stock replenishment, and floor organization.
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and warehouse stock management.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment according to company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Passion for home furnishings and interior design trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive, and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to be placed in various Nitori locations across Jakarta (West, South, or North).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a diverse team.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
