Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and tracking of goods
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain quality and prevent damage
- Train and mentor store staff on company procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data
- Enforce safety and security protocols to prevent theft and workplace accidents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or distribution
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management software
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid work permit for Malaysia (if applicable)
