Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of stock.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and systematic reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and logistics requests.
- Monitor and optimize storage utilization to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Implement and maintain rigorous housekeeping standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare performance reports and provide feedback to management on operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (WSH) and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physical aspects of the job when necessary.
