Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment for both customers and employees.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns are executed effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including cash management and inventory systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
