Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.

  • Ensure that all visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns are executed effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including cash management and inventory systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
