Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective store sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor retail staff to ensure high standards of customer service and professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs and manage overstock.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate sales goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with company visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve service issues with a focus on brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and operational analysis for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Possess strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Management is a plus.
