Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate merchandising.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor store cleanliness and visual standards to maintain a professional image.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 in Business or Retail Management is preferred).
