Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail team members through regular coaching and feedback
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions
- Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality supervision
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to operational detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
