In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of our store, managing a high-performing team of Retail Associates, and driving sales excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to ensure the store reflects global brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to Retail Associates to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with regional management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving inquiries and providing expert advice on adidas products.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in global sportswear or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep passion for sports, fitness, and the adidas brand culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Proficiency in retail management software and basic data reporting skills.
