Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels with high accuracy, performing regular audits and stock reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, especially regarding inventory.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset and a results-driven attitude.
