The Harvest Group is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations in Makassar. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service quality
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost performance
- Enforce company policies regarding safety, security, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team training and development
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- High ethical standards, discipline, and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic retail management software and MS Office applications
