Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and market trends for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years as a Store Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including sales, inventory, and staff management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential to cater to a global clientele in the Bali region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
