Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of Retail Associates to drive store performance and meet individual and team KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure a premium customer experience by modeling excellent service standards and handling complex customer escalations.
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to foster professional development within the team.
- Maintain high store standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role, preferably within the sportswear or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of retail math, inventory control, and KPI management.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
