Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve monthly performance targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of productivity and professional growth.
- Partner with the QC team to ensure product quality standards and store visual merchandising are consistently upheld.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular auditing to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance data and provide actionable feedback to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze operational performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
- Sound knowledge of retail POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
