Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure absolute accuracy in stock records.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational targets and maintain high morale.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, coordinating closely with the transport and logistics department.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in orders or stock issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or warehouse management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
