As a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Angono store, leading a team of dedicated retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. You'll be responsible for inventory management, staff training and development, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and control expenses to maximize store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in retail supervision or management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
